Home Health & Hospice
Kind Nature Health Care provides services in places of residence, such as a clients home, and independent care facility or assisted living facility. The goal of home care is to allow client to stay safely in their place of residence and be as independent as possible.
Clients can be individuals recovering for an injury or accident, new moms and babies, people with chronic health issues or disabilities or aging adults.
Home Care Services include but not limited to:

Hospice Service
The hospice service's team of health care professionals will work with the client's primary caregiver (usually a family member) to provide care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospice care staff members are kind and caring. They communicate well and want to support families during the last stage of an advanced illness.
